Opt Out of the Program
If you do not want to participate in the Program, please complete the secure online form below. Be sure to use the name and address associated with the account. Your account will be disenrolled on the next available meter read. Please note, in New York State, a minimum of 15 calendar days prior to the meter reading date for your account is required in order for the utility to process an opt-out request. Monthly service cannot be prorated. Once service has reverted to utility supply, the existing utility rate will be reflected on your following month’s natural gas bill for the previous month’s service.
There are no penalties or fees associated with opting out.
